The Outlook

Tucked into the southern side of the venue, The Outlook offers a more intimate, cosy setting while still capturing beautiful river views through expansive windows.
With a combination of high tables, bar stools, the space can be styled to suit seated dinners, cocktail-style events or something in between. Warm, inviting and versatile, perfect for functions of up to 100 guests.
Hybrid Section
Half 80 max · Full 150 max
Our Hybrid space flows between the balcony and the interior, giving your guests room to roam while still keeping everyone connected. It blends riverside energy with indoor comfort, ideal for celebrations that want movement, atmosphere and flexibility.
A mix of standard seating and bar stools allows for both relaxed dining and mingling. Available as a full or half Hybrid booking (minimum 50 guests).
The Riverview Balcony
Half 150 max · Full 300 max
Arguably home to some of the best views in Perth, our Riverview Balcony sits right above the Swan River, offering uninterrupted water vistas and golden-hour magic year round.
With overhead fans, heaters, and retractable roofing and sides, the space adapts effortlessly to whatever the weather decides to do.
Available as a full, half or section hire, the balcony is perfect for everything from long lunches to milestone celebrations, catering for 40 to 250 guests.
